For as long as I can remember, I've been pulled to all things creative. Whether that's experimenting with form in essay writing, or experimenting with different media in Illustration, I love it all. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients like Core Power Yoga and The Colorado Mountain Club, and can't wait to continue working with individuals and brands who want to elevate their work through creativity.
My dad, a painter and graphic designer taught me to draw when I was just a little girl, and after he died, it made me want to follow in his footsteps even more. He's the reason that I've learned to love illustration and design, and continues to inspire me every time I dip a paintbrush into watercolor.
He's also the reason I write and try to understand my relationship to the outdoors and the mountains to the west of where I live.
When I'm not in my studio illustrating, or at a coffee shop writing, I'm exploring the wild bits of Colorado and the American West, baking sweet treats, reading a good book, or learning pottery.
ABOUT MY DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
1. I believe that a good, strict, color palette can be your best friend.
2. Illustration can make you stand out more than any other design tactic because it's unique just like you.
3. The little details matter...HUGELY
